The space Countryhouse by the lake and surrounded by Finnish forest. Main building includes three (3) bedrooms, living room, sauna, kitchen and large glass terrace. Nearby a sleeping hut (summer). Finnish sauna inside the house. By the lake, a big deck for use (summer time). Free High-speed internet/wifi. Outdoor Jacuzzi for 6 people. We prefer visitors to have their own bedsheets, but we also help to have bedsheets if needed. Really includes the rent. The main building has 3 bedrooms (including a single children's room), a living room, a kitchen, and a sauna section. In the courtyard, there is a sleeping barn for summer use. The premises also include two saunas, shower facilities, a large glass terrace and a large jetty. In addition, the guest has access to a raft sauna next to the dock and a rowboat. Sauna area just renovated, underfloor heating, large jetty and berth, Internet, running water, washing machine, dishwasher, excellent outdoor trails. On a nearby hill there is a wilderness shelter and a campfire site. An outdoor hot tub (6 people) can be arranged separately. The use of the beach sauna is agreed separately. Indoor animals are welcome. Kallioniemi is located 30 km from Heinola and 150 km from Helsinki on the shore of the clear-watered and fishy Karijärvi. Area 47710 Jaala. Please note that during the winter, the roads in the countryside are covered in snow and access may sometimes be limited due to snow. 100Mbps internet/wifi connections. Check-out and handover of the premises on the day of departure at 12 noon, unless otherwise agreed. * Final cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. * Tenants have their own sheets * Small, house-trained pets are welcome. * Smoking indoors or on the terrace is strictly prohibited. * Firewood is included in short-term rentals. * In long-term rentals, the tenant is responsible for the electricity contract and is committed to paying the electricity bill.
