One has a queen size bed, the second smaller room has a sofa/sleeper and desk. Three adults can comfortably stay in this space. Guest can enjoy spacious areas (living room, sun room, dining area, kitchen w/ Frig. private bathroom & side yard). Host private room is down the hall from guest rooms. Your privacy will be respected throughout home. Your host will be available upon request. The second smaller bedroom (Tranquility Room) has desk, makes for a perfect work station , day bed available , mini frig. yoga matts... My guests have use of main (upper level) home. Except hosts quarters. All other areas , sunroom , living room , dining room, private bathroom , full kitchen w/ frig , breakfast nook , side yard are for my guests to enjoy! Good ole Denver Hospitality, no chores NO Drugs, eatables, weed, on property NO flammables liquids NO firearms NO excessive drinking alcohol Guest access Guest use front door of home with keyless private entry. Plenty of on street free parking. sleeping areas are in bedrooms ( 2) & you can relax on living room couch . I do have a blow up mattress. During your stay Your privacy & my hosting ( water, coffee, toiletries, etc. ) are my top priorities. Please , if possible, let me know via texting the amount of interaction you'd prefer with host . Hosting is an honor & privilege ! Other things to note Please note, no outside guest unless attached to the reservation. 3rd party bookings are not allowed by Airbnb policy so the house guest must be the one to book. Booker will be confirmed in reservation .If booker wants additional guests they must be added to confirmed reservation.
