The Tissington Retreat, Ashbourne Heights

Located at Ashbourne Heights holiday park which is situated within the heart of the Peak District you will find our privately owned, luxury, pet friendly retreat. Accommodating 6 guests with 1 x double room with dressing table, wardrobe and en suite toilet, 2 x twin rooms with 2ft 6” beds and family shower room, perfect for families and couples. 2 small dogs welcome, charges apply. Outdoor decking Parking for one car next to the property. The space Enjoy your holiday at Tissington Retreat with a fully fitted kitchen, full size fridge/freezer, gas cooker, microwave, pots, pans, washing machine and an air fryer. Relax in the lounge area with 2 free standing sofas with cushions and throws. Enjoy the sunshine on the front or side verandas with the use of patio furniture and a bbq stand. Guest access The property is a self catered, home from home with everything you need for a great, relaxing stay. The property has driveway parking for one vehicle, not motor homes or marked trade vehicles. Additional guest parking on site is adjacent to the play park, there are EV charging facilities available in designated areas. Please do not drive or park on grassed areas at any time. Ball games are not permitted outside of the property boundary but can be played on the play park nearby. Whilst 2 small dogs are welcome (additional fees apply) please be aware they must be kept on leads at all times and are not permitted in the bedrooms or to be left unattended in the property at any point. There is a dog wash area on the park, free to use for those muddy paws. The site also has an indoor swimming pool (bookable at reception for one hour slots) The pool will be closed from November 30th until March for refurbishment works. Please note we only provide hand and tea towels in the property, not bath towels so please bring your own. Other things to note Fireworks are not permitted on the park at any time. EV charging is not permitted from the property. You are advised to take out holiday insurance to cover any unforeseen events/emergencies that may arise to cover you for cancellation /ending your holiday early as refunds will not be provided under the above circumstances. Assistance will be provided eg booking confirmation details for any subsequent insurance claims. Smoking/vaping is not permitted inside the property but an ashtray is provided for outside use only. Please be extra vigilant whilst on the decked areas. A bbq stand is provided for use with disposable bbq trays only. Meat packs are available locally in Ashbourne at either Mark the Butchers DE6 1GH or Nigel’s Butchers DE6 1GF. Please be careful with any hot ashes on the decked areas. The shop on site stocks essential items should you require anything.
