Family house "Villa du Béal", beautiful setting, charming hamlet of Ardouane in the heart of the Haut-Languedoc Regional Natural Park, 50 m from the Passa Païs greenway, at the foot of the 1000 steps hike, close to a swimming spot (river). Spacious stone house, up to 6 people. Baby equipment. On the ground floor: a living room with wood-burning stove, equipped open kitchen + games room (table tennis and foosball) + toilet Upstairs, 3 large bedrooms + 1 bathroom and toilet The space The "Villa du Béal", named after the small irrigation canal that runs alongside the house, is located in a charming hamlet with a beautiful setting. In Riols, 2 min by car (10 min by bike via the greenway) you will find a bakery, grocery store, butcher, postal agency, florist, city stadium, tennis court and football stadium. The accommodation is close to Saint Pons de Thomières (cinema, museum of prehistory, 12th century cathedral, children's playground, pádel court, all shops) but also Olargues, ranked among the most beautiful villages in France. Canoe base nearby as well as acrobranche. Our house is 1 hour from Beziers, Castres, Narbonne and the Mediterranean Sea (Valras), 1h30 from Montpellier and 2 hours from Toulouse. The house is in the heart of the hamlet. The path in front leads to the gardens and river, ideal for refreshing. 50 meters from the house, a garden of 500 m2 is at your disposal, with cabin for young children and slide, picnic table under a cherry tree (going down towards the river, on the left, noted "garden villa du Béal". On the ground floor of the villa you will find a large fully equipped open plan living/ dining/ kitchen area, as well as a wood burning stove. The adjoining room is equipped with a ping pong table and foosball table. Upstairs, a long hallway leads to three bedrooms (from 12 to 14m2 ). In the large mirror closet there are books and board games. At the back are the toilets and the bathroom. Beds are made upon arrival, towels and bath linen are provided. A table and chairs are at the back of the house for outdoor meals and of course you can also choose the garden towards the river. Guest access Accommodation close to the greenway (it crosses Ardouane), possibility to come by bike. Bus line at the bottom of the hamlet. Other things to note Bike storage available in the accommodation. Accessible garage for motorcycles and bikes, closed and secure. Hikes nearby: 1000 steps and Notre Dame de Tredos (departure on site), Sentier des Gardes to the Gorges d'Eric, Gorges de Colombière. Onsite greenway. Unfortunately, the accommodation is not suitable for pets.
