New Frontier Cottage + Tiny Home

Offering this unique farm stay for families or a group. You'll have the entire farm stay to yourself which includes "New Frontier Country Cottage" + "The Frontier Girl Boarding House", a newly renovated tiny home on property. Quiet, private location with livestock roaming the 13 acres it sits on in the city limits of Corsicana. There is a small store where you can shop for vintage finds and home made treats. 2 antique tubs are on a private back deck with hot/cold running water. The space The main house is an old farm house/cottage. It's not the Ritz but it's clean and comfortable and full of country charm! It's nicely furnished with a queen bed and two twin beds, full bath with stand up shower (no tub). There is Starlink wi-fi and a Roku TV. The kitchen has all you need to prepare your own meals if you want. Plenty of pots/pans/skillets and utensils plus serving dishes, plates/eating utensils. The delightful tiny home is decorated with old fashioned frontier cowgirls (and a couple of handsome cowboys). Comes with a mini kitchen, queen sized bed, full bath with shower and a roku TV for streaming entertainment. The outdoor tub(s) are secluded from view from anyone except the goats so no worries there unless you are modest in front of dogs and goats. Outdoor cameras do not record the tub area. Out in the back yard there is a picnic table, grill (bring your own charcoal if you want to grill out!) and a nice fire pit for spending evenings roasting marshmallows (yes! we provide the roasting forks!) while watching the stars. We also have cornhole boards if you are so inspired to test your skills. Guest access Used for movie sets and artists' inspiration! Step back in time to the cozy comfort of grandmas farm! There is also a small store where you can shop for vintage finds and home made preserves and other treats during your stay. Weather permitting, 2 antique tubs outside provide you a perfect private place to relax, unwind and take in the picturesque view of adorable goats. Other things to note All children are welcome, but children/infants will need to be counted in the guest count as paying guests. If your booking is over 6 guests when infants are counted, please Include infants under 2 years in the child guest count rather than in the infant guest count. I provide many amenities just for them Pack and Play crib, toys and games,. all of which must be cleaned and disinfected after use. We do have two extra sleeping cots and a couch in case you want to bring more people or kids. The same rule will apply that additional guests are $20 per person per night so please let me know before booking so I can modify the fee. We also have livestock guardian dogs for herd protection. Please do not call the dogs up to the fence or pet them. They have a job to do. If you interact with them you are in a sense jeopardizing their career/future to live here. They love their goats and the freedom of roaming/protecting and ARE NOT PETS - They are working animals doing what they were bred to do and they love it and have a job to do watching over "their" goats. If you want to bring pets you must have them approved before booking. We do have some insurance requirements to meet and certain breeds/types of pets are not accepted. If accepted, pets are $80 per pet per stay. This helps offset the extra cleaning we have to do in order to accommodate future guests who have pet allergies. There is no dishwasher - you will be doing dishes by hand but while you are doing dishes you'll be able to watch the animals graze in the pasture!
