This is the only space you will have access to. No shared access to the rest of the home. There is a queen size sleeper sofa with a standard queen size mattress not a sleeper sofa mattress and I have a queen size air mattress. The space Single family home, with a fully finished game room available. Private entrance and free on street parking close to many restaurants. Also includes a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Guest access Full access to entire game room and private bathroom. No access to shared living space in the rest of the home. Only game room and private bath is for your use. Full access to my driveway during your stay. No steps all one level Other things to note In order to have your own private entrance, you will need to enter through the garage door with a key code . My space is not suitable for small children due to a lot of glass items in a glass shelving unit, which is all reachable to small children
