A secure link will be sent to you by email or SMS and must be completed the day before your arrival. ⚠️ Without validation, the reservation will be automatically canceled. The pre-authorization is automatically released upon your departure after our cleaning team has completed their work. For your information, we are authorized by Airbnb to collect a security deposit, as a professional host using management software, in accordance with the platform's terms of use. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 📝 Accommodation rules ✦ Smoking is strictly prohibited, even at the window. A fee of €50 will be deducted from the security deposit in the event of non-compliance or the smell of tobacco. ✦ Parties and gatherings are prohibited. Quiet hours must be observed between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Any noise may result in an intervention by our teams and the immediate termination of the stay. ✦ Only guests registered at the time of booking may occupy the accommodation. Any additional person must be authorized in advance. ✦ The accommodation must be left in a proper condition: dishes washed, trash cans emptied, and refrigerator clean. Otherwise, an additional fee of €25 will be deducted from the deposit. ✦ Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. In the event of non-compliance with this rule, an additional cleaning fee of €50 will be deducted from the security deposit to cover the necessary thorough cleaning. ✦ Unauthorized late check-outs will be deducted from the security deposit, €20 per hour or part thereof ✦ In the event of damage or non-compliance with the rules, the guest authorizes the manager to deduct all or part of the security deposit after notification.
