Relax in this calm, stylish space. Otway Outlook is a spacious container home on an acre of land overlooking the beautiful Otway Ranges. It is set in undulating countryside, close to Birregurra and Colac, within 45 minutes of the Great Ocean Road and the beachside resorts of Lorne and Apollo Bay. Nearby activities include: - rainforest walks - bike trails - Adventure Parks etc. Restaurants: - The Birregurra Pub - Brae (Birregurra) - Gentle Annie (Pennyroyal) Fridays only The space The house consists of two bedrooms. The main bedroom comprises a very comfortable Queen size bed, en-suite bathroom and built in robes. The second bedroom contains an equally comfortable double bed, with an adjoining bathroom and built in robes. The main living area set between the two bedrooms boasts an open plan kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, a dining table with 4 chairs and living space with TV and sofa. The house also includes a laundry with washing machine and sink. There is both front and rear access to the house and a front deck with outdoor table and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or evening meals and drinks whilst taking in the Otway views! Outside the house there is also a BBQ area and fireplace with additional outdoor furniture surrounding. Guest access All rooms in the house can be used. Please don’t venture under the house, especially children. Other things to note A perfect place for some peace and quiet, in the tiny settlement of Yeodene at the gateway to the Otway Ranges. Only 10 minutes drive to the popular little township of Birregurra- enjoy a coffee at one of the local cafes, a delicious meal at the Birregurra Pub. Or for a very special treat, an amazing meal at the award winning Brae restaurant.
