The space Villa Höken, located only 5 minutes by bike from the fantastic beach in Vejbystrand or Magnarp. In the corner of a quiet and peaceful residential area with the meadow and forest grove by the stream as the nearest neighbor. The perfect place for a summer vacation for the whole family, relatives, friends. A patio with barbecue and big table for many in the part of the garden that is on the sunny side pretty much all day. Possibility of heated outdoor room for cool evenings. Here you will enjoy the lush garden with apple trees and space for play and activity or rest. The accommodation consists of beds for up to 12 people spread over 4 bedrooms including a 15 m2 bedroom in the converted garage. Bedroom 1 'Meadow Room': Double bed 160 cm (or divisible 2x 80 cm) Bedroom 2 'Forest Room': Double bed 180 cm (or divisible 2x 90 cm) Bedroom 3 'Cherry blossom': Double bed 180 cm + bunk bed with solid mattresses also for adult comfort. Bedroom 4 'former garage': Double bed 180 cm + bunk bed with solid mattresses also for adult comfort (or divisible 2 x 90 cm). Guest access The entire home is exclusively available to guests during the stay. The charging is automatically controlled and delivers power only between 12:00 a.m. – 6:00 a.m., max. 6 A. Outside this time window, the charger is blocked with regard to power and network costs. Normal night charging provides about 8–25 kWh, depending on the car's charging capacity and whether the car can receive 1-phase or 3-phase. Charging is via Type-2 socket.
