The internal space is divided as follows: - LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, dining table, TV and access to the balcony; - KITCHENETTE with kitchenette with 4-burner hob, fridge and freezer, moka, kettle, gas oven, microwave oven and kitchen utensils; - BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers; - BEDROOM II with two single beds, chest of drawers and clothes hanger; - BATHROOM with toilet, shower, washing machine, bidet, hairdryer, sink; - BALCONY with table and chairs (accessible ONLY from the living area). FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wi-fi, iron and ironing board, clothes horse, heating (independent), portable fans and storage room. ATTENTION. There is no air conditioning. In the apartment you will find books, tourist guides and playing cards that will be at your disposal. Guest access The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay. Other things to note USEFUL INFORMATION: Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C (66,2 °F).
