The space Please communicate through the Airbnb App. Any stay that results in a trip longer than 2 weeks will incur an additional cleaning fee midway through the stay. The fee is 125.00. Person booking the home must be staying at the home because they're ultimately responsible for the property. If you don't plan on staying at the property, other arrangements can be made with the host. If I approve the stay, you'll be allowed to book. If it is found the person booking the home, isn't staying at the home, the reservation will be subject to immediate termination and no refund will be given. Every person staying at the home needs to be aware of the house rules located in the home. Pool will open Mid- to late April. The pool doesn't currently have a heater. Guest access Full House access. Will not have access to the shed in the backyard. Keypad on the front door. Can use the garage as long as the vehicle isn't leaking any fluids. No garage door opener is available Key code will be generated and sent by Airbnb a couple of days before arrival Other things to note Any extended stay longer than two weeks will require an interim cleaning. The cost of the cleaning is 125.00 and will be requested to be paid after the booking. Airbnb only allows for us to charge for 1 cleaning. Because we allow for extended stays and there are limited cleaning supplies available, we have to clean the property. This allows us to keep the property in pristine shape for all of our guests. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation. The booker must be present during the stay unless cleared by the host. If it is found that the booker wasn't present, the reservation is subject to cancellation with no refund offered to the booker or their party. Early check-in's and check-out's are sometimes available. There is a 15.00 per hour charge for amenities, utilities and arranging the cleaning crews.
