The space Indoors: The hallway opens up to the main open space area connecting dining area and kitchen in a bright and airy space that benefits from the 3.5 m tall ceiling and large windows. Through the Japandi inspired portal is the living room and a general area where two single beds are placed. Up the loft stairs is a 20 m2 angled ceiling loft which holds a king size bed as well as an additional single bed, clothes racks and a small vanity area. The kitchen has all modern equipment you may require, including an extra wide induction stove (2023), dishwasher and a dedicated tea/coffee station smartly placed inside a cupboard. The bathroom is a floor heated, fully Carrara marble tiled space for relaxation with an extra large shower area. Under the countertop a combined washer/dryer is stowed away. The ground floor also has a desk that can be used as a dedicated workspace. The place has fiber WiFi + WiFi speakers and AC/air heat pump. Outdoors Windows overlook the private concrete terrace with plenty of space for seating 8+ people and barbecuing or just enjoying a fire in the fire pit. We also provide firewood. The terrace is partially shaded by the old plum tree which, if you come in August/September, allows for a sweet snack enjoyed in comfort. You will practically pick plums while seated on the terrace. Beyond lies a large lawned backyard which is for your private usage. (You literally have your own football pitch!) The area is lined by tall lilac which are best enjoyed in May/June. Beyond the gate at the very end of the lawn you can exit the property and immediately enter some of the area's hiking trails that will take you either around the surrounding forests, up to the medieval church, or down to the coastal areas with swimming spots and beaches. Other things to note The place can comfortably host 5 adults. Children could sleep on the sofa as we then provide an extra mattress. Just write and ask! Additionally, we provide a travel cot for babies. Make sure to write and request it in advance to ensure it is available.
