New vacation home at Sonnenlandpark Haus Anja completely newly renovated with air conditioning, terrace, parking space and large garden! Welcome to Lichtenau, right next to Chemnitz, the cultural capital of Europe 2025. Our new centrally located vacation home, near the Sonnenlandpark, can accommodate up to 5 people + baby bed. Located on the 1st floor, there is an open kitchen/living area with fireplace and air conditioning, as well as access to the large garden with furnished terrace and barbecue. The space A campfire pit invites you to cozy marshmallow evenings. You will find a modern, fully equipped kitchen. We will be happy to provide you with a baby cot/baby bathtub/potty/high chair. The bedrooms (upper floor) have blackout curtains and air conditioning. Also on the upper floor is the large modern bathroom. The parking lot is right in the driveway to the vacation home. Bicycles and a handcart, with which you can also walk to the Sonnenlandpark, are available free of charge. (except electric bicycles: €10/day/pc.) Free Wi-Fi is available in the house and garden. Bedding and towels are included. The cottage is centrally located in Lichtenau between Leipzig, Dresden and Chemnitz at the foot of the Erzgebirge.
