New management for Maison du Bonheur, new listing! Located just 10 minutes from the medieval city of Semur-en-Auxois, this family house of character offers you calm and serenity. You can enjoy the tranquility of the countryside, while being close to all amenities. It is ideal for family vacations or reunions with friends. You will be seduced by its authenticity, comfort and character. The space Entrance: to access the house, you will need to climb an external staircase of about fifteen stone steps. You will discover a spacious and cozy living room, with its old fireplace and wood burning stove. A desk and tourist information about the region await you, to help you plan your stay. You will also have at your disposal many board games. The kitchen is very spacious, functional and fully equipped. Lovers of good food will be at ease to cook good dishes. You will have friendly and pleasant meals around the large table! Then a beautiful romantic master suite awaits you, with its own bathroom (bathtub and shower) and dressing room. Separate toilets and a small laundry room are also present. Upstairs: You will have 2 beautiful bedrooms with double beds and plenty of storage. A children's room with 2 single beds, many toys and books available. You will also find a separate toilet and shower room. Small plus: you have at your disposal in the roof house the necessary childcare for the little ones (highchair, baby bath + bath deckchair, non-slip bath mat, potty, baby bed with mattress, changing table). On sunny days, you can take full advantage of its spacious and flowery exteriors. A completely enclosed courtyard and not overlooked, to relax in privacy, a large orchard and an aromatic garden to awaken your senses. A playground awaits children, with a hut on stilts, 2 slides, a swing and many other surprises! Why not improvise a barbecue and a game of pétanque? Or bask on the summer terrace and enjoy its moments of calm in the countryside... When the weather is not on your side, you can warm up by the fire, with a good hot chocolate and easily enjoy the charm of this Burgundian house. Guest access The whole house is available as well as the courtyard and garden. The barn and the rooms located on the ground floor are closed and private. Linens can be provided upon request at the rate of: - towels: €10 per person - bed linen: €10 per bed To be paid before your arrival. Kitchen linen and cleaning supplies available. For your stay, a cleaning fee is applied. They are intended to remunerate a person in charge of this important work, so that your stay is as pleasant as possible. However, before your departure, we kindly ask that you clean and store your dishes. Undo the beds. Out of respect, the house must be returned in a proper and orderly state of cleanliness. Use common sense. Other things to note The house can accommodate 6 adults and up to 3 children and 1 baby. The House is equipped with a security system (alarm) that should be deactivated quickly upon arrival. You will receive all the information before your arrival of course.
