Wellness B&B Meijdema

A beautiful, rural nature house with wellness. On the deck is the wood-fired hot tub, the electric coal sauna and the fire bowl. Here you can enjoy peace, nature and quality time. In the evening, the children can lie on the bed while you have the monitor with you and still enjoy the wellness. There are plenty of games to entertain you, and the area has plenty to offer! The accommodation is accessible for up to 6 people, of which a maximum of 4 adults. The space A rural stay in which the furniture is made of the old wooden walkway from Dokkum. The stay and the wellness is for private use. Downstairs is the bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink. Upstairs is the children's bedstee with two sturdy mattresses and a game table. In the space next door you will find the high table where you have km's view over the countryside. Here you can spot deer and birds of prey with the binoculars on the table or play games that we offer in large numbers. In the same room is also the double loft bed that overlooks the sunrise. And a sofa made of sturdy single mattresses, which is extendable into a double bed. See also map between the gallery. Would you like to lie down with a leafy sky for a while? You can do that under the loft bed! Fun for the children to play under. Outside we made a beautiful deck with the sauna and the hot tub (no bubbles). There is a possibility to grill on the fire bowl and we have a tripod that you can put over the fire. Hang the pan and cook uniquely over the fire! In the accommodation we do not have an option for cooking. However, there is a fridge where you can store some food and drinks. We ourselves offer a *pizza place, cheese fondue and some snacks and drinks, so you can enjoy the wellness and the stay without having to leave. * note: we need time to prepare the pizza place, pizza from the oven, cheese fondue and certain snacks. We'd like to know in advance if you'd like to take advantage of this. * breakfast is optional. We can take care of this as long as we know this 48 hours in advance. Breakfast costs 15 p.p.d.We will send more information about this when booking the stay. * Security deposit is paid directly to the host and amounts to 300.00 if everything is in order, this will be refunded as soon as possible. With a maximum of 2 working days. * Our municipality charges a tourist tax of €2.00 p.p.p.n. We have a camp bed for an extra child or a child that you prefer not to sleep in the bedstee. A bumper is provided for the bedstee so that extra security is ensured. There may also be a changing mat available. In consultation, we can provide a co-sleeper or crib (for an additional fee). This will then only be in the living room, see the floor plan in the gallery. Walk Guest access Upon arrival, there is enough space to park 2-3 cars on the driveway. From there, you can easily walk to the entrance of the B&B. There is a low gate and a high gate around the B&B and Wellness. This is the separation between the house and the B&B. By walking around the garage (where the B&B is built), you reach the terrace and the Wellness. Several seats have been created on and around the deck, where you can enjoy a snack/drink or of course cool down after using the sauna. During your stay At check-in, we will be present to hand over the key. We are working to get the hot tub up to temperature before that time, so that you can get in immediately. That's nice :). We have a brochure ready for you in the B&B that you can read through after the short tour and instructions. Here you will find information about the stay, the wellness, where you can eat and drink, for example, and what to do in the area. Is there anything you need in between? Then you can reach us at the number listed in the brochure. Is it urgent? Then feel free to call. We are often just at home. If everything goes well and you have booked breakfast with us, we will see you in the morning when we come to bring breakfast at the agreed time. Otherwise, we'll see you at check-out. Other things to note Our space has a 160x200cm high sleeper and an 80x200cm sofa bed that can be extended to 160x200cm. The mattresses are sturdy and can also be used for extra children. We have made a children's bed in which the mattresses are placed lengthwise against each other. This allows two children to sleep in it. You can get into the bedstead by means of the steps. The door can be closed or if desired we can place a bumper at the door. We may have a camping bed to lend for a child who cannot sleep in the bed.
