It feels like an old taste.Please note. ⚫Parking Parking is available on the south side property.If you have a small car, you can park two cars at the last minute, but please contact us because it depends on the type of car. It has been self remodeled in an old Japanese building and feels old. There are steps and the stairs are a little steep.Please note if you are a toddler or elderly.There are also low doors and ceilings, so please be careful if you are tall. ⚫Use of appliances, air conditioning, etc. Because it is an old general residence, there is no large electricity capacity like a commercial facility. It is easy to turn off the breaker if you use a lot of electricity at the same time, such as the air conditioner, hair dryer, and range. Especially the air conditioner uses the most power when you start it up the moment you turn it on. The electricity consumption is also stable and slightly when the room is at the right temperature. Please set the new garbage bags provided in the trash can for use.　 We will also provide separate instructions for long-term guests, but please put it in the trash storage box outside the house. ⚫About check-in and check-out Please refrain from early check-in or late check-out without an arrangement as it will affect the next guests. Unauthorized early check-in and late check-out will be charged an additional fee of 3,000 yen per hour. If you want early check-in or late check-out, please be sure to contact us at least one day before check-in. We may not be able to accommodate it depending on the reservation status, but we will provide it for free if you can contact us in advance. ⚫︎ About guest information Please refrain from entering and leaving guests who have not been provided with guest information or exceed the number of guests booked.
