Nestled in the village of Mortehoe, just a short distance from Woolacombe on the North Devon coast lies 6 Bluestone Point, a beautiful, two bedroom holiday apartment sleeping up to four. The spacious first floor apartment is located within a small complex of apartments and enjoys wonderful sea views, as well as private off road car parking and a balcony. The space The tastefully decorated first floor apartment, 6 Bluestone Point enjoys wonderful views of the beautiful beach at Woolacombe. Central to the apartment is the open plan living room, which includes a comfy lounge, a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. Double doors open out from the living area onto the private balcony where the views of the ocean can be best enjoyed. The dining area has a round table that seats up to four and is located next to the well-equipped kitchen, which is fitted with a good range of appliances, including a gas hob, an oven, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a washer dryer. For more casual dining there is also a handy breakfast bar. The first of the two bedrooms is the good sized Master, which has direct access to the balcony and enjoys sea views. This double bedroom has a built-in wardrobe, its own dressing area and a fully tiled en-suite wet room. The second bedroom has two single beds and a built-in wardrobe. There is also a family bathroom, which has a bath, a WC and a wash basin. Whilst staying at the apartment guests have an allocated parking space in the communal car parking area, which is located opposite the apartment building. If required there is also additional parking for any visitors. Guest access Guests have full access to the apartment during their stay. There is a dedicated parking space for the apartment and a key safe.
