Le Clos de la Tille - rooms with gourmet breakfast

Welcome to Clos de la Tille, our independent house by the river in a village located on the southern edge of the Forêts National Park. We invite you to discover this unique place where nature, comfort, authenticity and friendliness meet to offer you a relaxing stay! The space We welcome you to Clos de la Tille, an independent family house, adjoining ours, located by the river that crosses the garden. You will enjoy a warm room, with a large comfortable bed, storage space in an intimate atmosphere. The bathroom, equipped with a bathtub and toiletries, guarantees you all the comforts you need. You will also have access to a friendly living room, perfect for relaxing, working or sharing a pleasant moment around a good coffee (Nespresso machine) or by the fire (basket of logs provided) as well as an outdoor space in the garden along the river with small table and sun loungers to enjoy the fresh air and beautiful days. The use of the kitchen is reserved exclusively for the preparation of breakfast by us. 🥐 Gourmet Breakfast included:
Every morning, enjoy a homemade breakfast consisting of bread and pastries, artisanal jams, coffee or tea, fruit juice, cold cuts, local cheeses, fruit, scrambled eggs or homemade desserts. A moment of sweetness and sharing to start the day well before going to explore the surroundings! Guest access Our location will allow you to easily explore the riches of Burgundy: 🚶‍♂️ Hiking and nature: marked trails between forests and fields, lakes and GR from the house 🏰 Villages of character (10 min): Salives, Grancey-le-Château… 🌆 Dijon, city of art and history (35 min): cobbled streets, museums, city of gastronomy... 🍷 Wine route and tastings (about 1 hour away): Beaune, Clos Vougeot, renowned vineyards and cellars, Route des Grands Crus, gastronomic museums... 📍 Other gems to discover: (about 1 hour away) Abbey of Fontenay, Alésia and its MuséoParc, Flavigny-sur-Ozerain, Semur en Auxois, Langres and its ramparts, Canal de Bourgogne... → A welcome booklet with all our advice, maps, brochures and good tourist addresses will be available to prepare your getaways. Other things to note 🤎 The little extras 🤎 ✔️ Comfort & Quality: Wifi, TV, heating, and special attention to detail for your well-being (welcome booklet, small welcome gift, gourmet breakfast included, garden area near the river, linen and toiletries provided, fireplace for making a fire, sofas, bathtub, optional jacuzzi, aperitifs...). For your comfort, we do not welcome any other guests to the house during your stay. ✔️ Warm Welcome: We make it a point of honor to offer a personalized and authentic welcome. ✔️ Natural setting: The calm of our village, the river, the surrounding forests and all our personalized advice to easily explore the surroundings 🌟 OPTIONAL for a unique experience (to be requested when booking or 48 hours in advance) 🌟: 💧 Enjoy a hot Jacuzzi in the private garden for absolute relaxation. (€20/hour, from May to October) 🚲 Rent bikes and explore the surrounding countryside (€15/bike for half a day) 🍹 Enjoy a Burgundy aperitif board composed of local products: bottle of Burgundy wine, local cheeses (époisses, goat, langres...), local sausage and bread with seeds (€25 per board for two people) 🧺 Take a picnic basket for your excursions. (€12) 🌼 PRACTICAL INFORMATION ◼️ Adults' accommodation upstairs: "Pommiers" Room and "Bouleaux" Room for 2 adults each (double bed), plus the possibility of accommodating 2 additional adults on a sofa bed in the living room on the ground floor (+ €30/person/night) ◼️ Children's accommodation upstairs: "Chênes" room designed for 2 children (bunk beds), with optional baby bed, extra charge (€10). ◼️ On the ground floor: The living room is entirely for you, the dining room and the kitchen being only used for the preparation and service of breakfasts (it is therefore not possible to use it for cooking). ◼️ A detailed welcome booklet will inform you about how the place works, safety instructions and our recommendations for a pleasant stay. ◼️ Unfortunately, pets are not allowed due to the presence of our own animals in the area (Ochoum our nice dog, our chickens, our rabbits and our pigeons) ◼️ The river that passes through the garden offers surroundings full of freshness, with the vigilance that is required if you are accompanied by young children.
