The space We want you to feel comfortable and at home during your stay. A Brita pitcher with fresh, filtered water is always available on the kitchen counter. Stockton tap water is safe to drink, but you’re welcome to bring bottled water if you prefer. Guests may use the kitchen for light meal prep. You’re welcome to use the microwave, toaster oven, kettle for tea, and coffee maker, along with our cups and mugs. If you’d like kitchen access during your stay, just let us know in advance so we can have everything ready for you. Guest access Guests have private access to one bedroom with a queen bed and a dedicated private bathroom. Shared spaces include the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The kitchen is available for light meal prep. Complimentary coffee and tea are provided. Use of the stove is available for a small kitchen-use fee to help cover energy and upkeep. Please enjoy meals in the dining area and avoid eating in the bedroom to keep the space fresh and comfortable. A Brita pitcher with filtered water is available. Tap water is safe to drink, and guests are welcome to bring bottled water if preferred. For everyone’s safety, please include the full names of all guests when booking. A quick photo ID check may be requested at arrival. During your stay We give our guests privacy while staying available when needed. Other things to note You’re welcome to enjoy your meals in the dining room, whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The kitchen is also available for your use. When making your reservation, please include the full name of all guests. There’s no charge for making coffee, but if you would like to cook meals using the range or other cooking appliances, there is a 10% fee per your stay. Water Amenities: As your host, I want to make sure you’re comfortable during your stay. You are welcome to enjoy filtered water from the Brita pitcher—located on the kitchen counter.
