Please note that entry and exit through the garage are not permitted. Guests enjoy a private bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed and a dedicated private bathroom. Shared access to the kitchen, dining area, and living room is also available. A Level 2 EV charger is available on-site and is compatible with Tesla vehicles. While we have several adapters that may work with other electric vehicles, compatibility cannot be guaranteed, so guests are encouraged to bring their own adapter if needed. Please contact the host prior to check-in if you would like to use the EV charger so arrangements can be made in advance. You're welcome to prepare light meals in the kitchen during your stay. Complimentary coffee and tea are available for your enjoyment. For cooking, please use the countertop appliances provided. We simply ask that you tidy up after cooking so the kitchen remains clean and welcoming for everyone. To help keep the room fresh and comfortable for all guests, we kindly ask that meals be enjoyed in the dining area rather than in the bedroom. For the safety and security of everyone in the home, please include the full names of all guests when making your reservation. A quick photo ID verification is required upon arrival. Registered Guests Only: This is an owner-occupied home. For the privacy, safety, and security of everyone in the household, only guests registered on the Airbnb reservation are permitted inside the home. No unregistered visitors or overnight guests are allowed without prior host approval.
