We offer a cute patio with a 6/7 person Hot tub, 5 smart TVs, Arcade games, Nintendo game cube w/ games, Huge Connect 4, Portable Poker table, Coff The space You will recieve a 4 digit door code upon arrival. Other things to note Hot Tub is set to a comfortable temperature of 95 Degrees for every guest upon arrival, also is it serviced after every stay assuring maximum cleanliness. Trash Day is Tuesdays and Fridays Recycle is Fridays Bi weekly Mowing service is on the 1st and 3rd weekend of the month We have 3 Rollaway Beds for utilization to guests needing beds. Game Room is heated/Air conditioned to the point it could be utilized as a livable space to ensure comfortability. Master bath has an LED color changing Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom, soak in the tub after a long day with a glass of wine and some tunes! Simply connect your Bluetooth to (ChromaComfort-Sensonic Speaker) and enjoy the color change preference on the platform on the wall!
