Downtown Dowagiac has many restaurants, stores and even a place for kids and adults to entertain themselves. Tons of room for your guests. The basement is fully done with a bar and amenities. The space 3 bedrooms 2.5 baths. Master room has a master bath and 2 desks overlooking the lake . 2nd room has a queen bed. 3rd bedroom has a twin trundle bed. Basement has additional twin trundle bed and a small twin bed as well. There is also a queen sofa sleeper. Other things to note Absolutely NO parties what so ever! I have to respect my neighbors who live next to me.
