Guest access IMPORTANT INFORMATION WHEN BOOKING: - ‎Digital guest passes are required to gain access to Shorefield Country Park facilities, e.g., swimming pool, restaurants, entertainment etc. - ‎Should you book within 48 hours of your arrival, we cannot guarantee passes will be available for your stay. Issuance of digital passes are handled directly by Shorefield Country Park, subject to submission of specific guest information. - ‎To be issued a Shorefield Country Park digital pass, guests must provide names & email addresses (unique to each guest) via our Guest Info form. The form must be submitted to us no later than 48 hours before your check in so that passes can be ordered in time for your stay. Other things to note We welcome a maximum of two (2) small dogs. There is a pet fee of £35 per dog per stay. Early check-in or late check-out requests are charged at £15 per hour from the standard check in / check out times, and are subject to availability. These requests must be made a minimum of 72 hours in advance to allow for changes to housekeeping rotas. We require all guests to complete a Guest Info form (to agree to our T&Cs and House Rules) and submit a copy of a valid ID (driving license or passport) prior to the release of check-in details. We assure you that all submissions are encrypted and are treated according to GDPR rules.
