House located 2 km from the A84, between Brittany and Normandy. You are 25 km from Mont Saint Michel and can also enjoy the beaches (Saint Malo, Granville...). Grocery store/bar 2 minutes away by foot (closed all day on Wednesdays and in the afternoon on Sundays). Restaurants 10 minutes away by car (Saint James and Saint Brice in Cogles). 🕐 Early check-in The usual check-in time for the cottage is 6:30 pm. If you wish to arrive earlier, early check-in can be offered upon request, subject to availability and the possibility of completing the cleaning and preparation of the accommodation. The rates include: - Arrival between 4:30 and 6:30 p.m.: €20 - Check-in between 2:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.: €35 - Arrival between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM: €50 Any early check-in must be requested and confirmed in advance by the host. Without prior agreement, the check-in time remains set at 6:30 PM. The supplement is due only when early check-in has been accepted. Late check-outs are possible only on request and subject to availability. A surcharge applies: €20 until 12 pm, €30 until 2 pm, €40 until 4 pm, then the price of one night beyond that or if the late check-out prevents a new booking.
