A large living room, bathed in natural light thanks to its large bay windows, opens onto a deck terrace, its private pool and a landscaped garden. This spacious living space offers several options to relax or share moments with family. The large kitchen opens onto the living room, fully equipped, has high-end materials and a functional layout. Several dining areas are available: at the kitchen bar, on the dining table in the living room or on the outdoor furniture near the pool. Each room has its own dressing room, offering practical and well thought-out spaces: - On the ground floor: a bedroom with a separate entrance for more comfort and privacy, as well as a shower room and a separate toilet. - Upstairs: three other bright bedrooms, with beautiful services, and a modern bathroom with separate toilet.
