The dining room has a double-sided fireplace and a table for 14 guests, open to a friendly living room and a fitted kitchen. A large covered terrace, adjoining the dining room, offers a real outdoor extension for lunch or to relax while admiring the surrounding view and tranquility. Terrace equipped with a large table, plancha, and seats, it becomes a privileged place to live in fine weather. An outdoor staircase leads directly to the garden, ideal for enjoying the calm and landscape. Garden furniture on sunny days. Upstairs, a large living room hosts games, comics, relaxation areas and TV. The second space of the house, located on the ground floor, is completely independent and can accommodate 4 people. It includes a living room with open kitchen and wood-burning stove, a master bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with 1 toilet.
