This house was renovated in 2015 and has a capacity of 8 people. On one level, it is composed as follows: Entrance with kitchen (full equipment), dining room, living room and laundry room. Bedroom 1 : 1 double bed of 180, or 2 single beds with one bathroom Bedroom 2 : 1 double bed of 180, or 2 single beds with one bathroom Bedroom 3 and 4 (outdoor covered passageway): 2 180 double beds, or 4 single beds with a bathroom serving the 2 bedrooms. A large fully enclosed garden with terrace and courtyard (accessible only in summer). Free and direct access to the tennis court next to the house. Direct access to the beach by a path (no road to cross). Bike trails at the foot of the house. Sailing school and surfing school on the beach. Parking for cars in the garden. Access to the city center, market, 5 min by car or 15 min by bike. For all reservations made after May 10, 2025, linens (sheets, towels, bath mat and dish towels) at €25 per person are optional. Optional end-of-stay cleaning at the price of €120. Upon arrival , a cleaning / garbage deposit of €150 will be requested by the concierge, in order to avoid overflow. It will be returned to you on the day of departure if the house is in a suitable condition. Possibility of renting bicycles at a preferential rate or other services from the concierge.
