The space Built in a quiet area on 1,100 m2 of landscaped land, the house has 275 m2 spread over two levels. It offers on two floors: 15 beds maximum - equipped kitchen - equipped laundry room - 2 dining rooms - living room - 3 bathrooms - 4 toilets - large terrace - garden - barbecue - garden furniture - electric shutters - large wardrobe - videophones - underfloor heating on both levels. A crib, high chair, changing table/mattress and childcare accessories (bathtub, potty, toilet booster, dishes) are provided free of charge to our guests. Eight of the single beds (90 X 200) can be combined and transformed into a king size bed (180 x 200) for two people. Guest access Guests have access to both levels of the house. This accommodation has a closed outdoor parking lot for 6 cars. Other things to note The accommodation is classified as a 4-star furnished tourist accommodation according to the standards of Atout France, France's tourism development agency. This ensures you a comfortable and surprise-free stay in this group cottage: Heating, charges, exit cleaning and linen supply are included in the rental. The house has all the comforts and amenities you will need during your stay (cookware, small appliances, microwave, American refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron, baby bed, changing table and mattress, high chair and baby accessories, large screen TV (58"/146 cm), bluetooth sound bar, Internet/Wi-Fi, etc.). Bedding and pillows are hypoallergenic, anti-mite and antibacterial. The premium mattresses are from the "Bruno" brand, the percale bed linen is from the "Blanc des Vosges" brand. You will only need to bring with you certain personal items such as toiletries and towels, as well as the basic products you may need for cooking. Only the basic products necessary for the maintenance of the house and linen are provided.
