The Farmhouse Room is a beautiful room, naturally brightened by the south sun shining through the large windows. There is a loveseat and private bathroom. Sleeps two people in a Queen Size bed. This is just one room in The Clay House Bed and Breakfast, and is on the second floor of our home. We also have a complimentary coffee, tea, and Italian Cream Soda bar made-to-order in our dining room! All guests onsite are welcome to enjoy the cushioned front porch swing as well! The space We live onsite at The Clay House Bed and Breakfast and also operate our commercial catering business on the same property. When you arrive, there are several private parking spaces just a short walk from the front door of the bnb. After entering the front door, we will greet you and give you the keys to your room (giving you access to your room and to the front door). Your room will be on the second floor of our home, and has a private bathroom). The dining room and the small powder room are on the first floor. Our family lives on the lower half of our home and our quarters are separate from the bnb side. We will always be a text away if you would like a made-to-order coffee or tea drink from our complimentary bar! We love hosting and would love the opportunity to serve you. Guest access Front porch (with seasonal swing), dining room (with coffee bar and self-serve Keurig machine), a powder room on the main floor, and your individual room on the second floor, which contains a full-attached bathroom. Hospitality is very important to us, and we value the opportunity to teach our children by example with every guest that comes in our doors. Our new home was finished June 2020, and we were able to build it with a Bed & Breakfast in mind. Conveniently, there is extra insulation between each of the B&B rooms, making them much more sound proof then your typical B&B. That being said, we know our guests hear the little pitter-patter of feet from our toddlers. All of our B&B rooms are on the second floor, and that is off-limits to our children. We find that our guests love engaging with our kiddos during breakfast hours; however, we realize that this might not be for everyone. We will let you make that decision. This Airbnb listing is for the Farmhouse Room only-- and is not a rental for the entire house. You can expect to see other guests in the dining room or hallways (since we are a traditional bed and breakfast). Since this is a newly constructed home, built with a bed and breakfast in mind, there is extra insulation between the walls and floors.
