This charming, private guest suite is located under the same roof as a welcoming, young family home (two precious little people), offering comfort & convenience. The suite includes three cozy rooms and a private bathroom. Relax by the open fireplace or take a short walk to local cafes, supermarket, train station or parks. Ideal for both short getaways and longer stays, this space provides comfort, privacy, and easy access to everything you need to explore the area. The space * Private and independent space: Three separate rooms, completely blocked off from the main house for your own privacy and freedom. *Enclosed front yard * Open Fireplace: wood supplied, perfect for cozying up on chilly evenings. * T.V & Internet access: Enjoy entertainment from the comfort of the suite. * Desk space: A dedicated area for work or study. * Heating and Cooling: Climate control to keep you comfortable year-round. * Coffee Machine: Start your mornings with your favourite brew. * Microwave, Bar Fridge, Toaster: Fully equipped for light meals and snacks. * Self-sufficient: Come and go as you please with all the basic amenities you need. Guest access Guests have their own private front end of the house, including a separate entrance and access to a private front yard for relaxation and outdoor enjoyment. During your stay Our little family love meeting new people. We are happy to say hello if we happen to cross paths however, we are completely guided by our guests. We are more than happy for you to contact us via the app with any additional questions you may have. We endeavour to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Other things to note *Just a friendly heads-up: Since the guest suite lounge is adjacent to our main living area (which is fully blocked off and locked, ensuring the suite remains your private space), you might hear some everyday sounds. 😊 *Please note, there are no laundry facilities available however, there is a laundromat a short 750metres away from our location :) * If you require any assistance for any of the cooling/ heating, remotes or fireplace (winter), please don’t hesitate to message us ☺️
