We CANNOT accommodate early checkin or late checkout requests. Guest access Rental is for full 2 bedroom house and guests have property to themselves. Each bedroom has a double bed. Standard property booking is for up to 4 people. One extra guest (additional single bed) can be accommodated. This incurs an extra charge per night & needs to be confirmed on the booking (as bedding will not automatically be provided) Sleeping arrangements for the 5th guest or extra bed request is on the pull-out single bed (located in larger bedroom). Vacuum, mop / bucket, iron / ironing board and drying rack all located in cupboard under the stairs. (But no Harry Potter unfortunately!) Books and board games available in living room. Fridge and washing machine available in kitchen, washing powder in kitchen cupboard. Toaster, kettle and tea / coffee available for guest use too. “Dog” cupboard in kitchen; poo bags, food / water bowls and old towels for cleaning / drying dogs if needed. Dogs not to be left in property unattended. The property does not have baby / infant facilities or amenities. Full house manual is available in the living room.
