Cozy Cabin (nestled in nature)

The 'Cozy Cabin' is a peaceful getaway nestled in a small cove on 48 acres. You will likely see deer, turkeys, & a variety of songbirds right from the window or porch. Soak in the peace while sitting on the deck, overlooking a beautiful ravine, with a cup of coffee or tea. Spend your evenings watching a stunning sunset then enjoy the bright beautiful stars with zero light pollution. If it rains, you will be treated to the relaxing sound of raindrops on a metal roof and pattering on the leaves. The space This cabin it off-grid so everything is run on solar and propane. We can provide an air conditioner if you don't mind a generator running. The stove is run off of propane and the oven is as well. Enjoy a weekend without the distraction of technology and instead, wander through the woods and discover a bubbling creek. There is limited cell service and no TV. However, we do provide board games and a peaceful environment in which you can fully disconnect from distraction and yet have your favorite pizza or sushi place 15 minutes away. Walmart and EIU are 15 minutes away as well. Other things to note -There is an air mattress in the cabin at all times. If you plan on having more than 3 guests, the air mattress will need to be used since there is only a bed and couch available. A pack-n-play can be provided for small children if requested. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS!!
