Enjoy your own private Cottage within our beautiful Country Estate, with the freedom to look after yourselves or let us take care of the dining, drinks and finer details. Upper Farm has two beautifully designed accommodation spaces. Your booking includes the private Cottage, with access to the Estate's shared facilities. Massage and Pilates are subject to our resident therapists' availability. Additional purchases are optional. ✓ Parties / Events / Photoshoots Intimate celebrations, curated events and photoshoots can be discussed in advance; additional arrangements require our approval and may require exclusive hire of the Country Estate. Unauthorised gatherings are not permitted. Striking artworks, sculptural spaces and collector cars may be available for agreed shoots on request. ✓ External Suppliers & Experiences Guests may not independently bring third-party service providers to Upper Farm, including private chefs, caterers, massage and wellness practitioners, entertainers, photographers or other activity providers. Services must be arranged and managed directly through Upper Farm. If you have a preferred provider, please ask before booking; approval and a supplier management fee will apply. ✓ Extra Guests The Cottage accommodates a maximum of four overnight guests. With one king-size bedroom and two individual sofa beds, each sleeping one adult. All overnight guests must be included in the Airbnb reservation. ✓ Pets Well-behaved small and medium-sized dogs are welcome at £25 per stay. Pets are permitted in the Cottage and fields only and must stay out of carpeted areas. Applicable assistance-animal requirements are respected. ✓ BBQ Hire £35 per 24 hours — includes gas, utensils and full cleaning. ✓ Children Children are very welcome, with orchard gardens, a trampoline, climbing frame and heated pool. Adult supervision is essential around the swimming pool, hot tub, valuable artworks and gym equipment. ✓ ID Verification Where additional identity verification is required for an applicable legal or compliance reason, we will explain the requirement in advance and arrange this in accordance with Airbnb policy. ✓ Smoking Vaping is allowed inside.
