The accommodation offers basic cooking equipment in an elegant kitchen where there is access to a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, induction hob, fridge, freezer and countertop dishwasher. The space Well equipped residence in an urban environment with, among other things, mechanical ventilation. The home is equipped with a code lock for easy check-in and check-out, the code is changed for each guest. Bed linens with bed linen and towels are included, made beds. Internet/broadband is available through fiber access. Kitchen, dining area and bedroom1: Is in the same space, two windows are available. TV 40-inch and blackout curtains. Cooking basics are available as well as salt, pepper and oil, also tea bags, coffee filters and some coffee. Workspace, two wardrobe cabinets, double bed 160 cm wide (Queen size) where one side is slightly firmer. Bedroom2: The room has passage from hall without door, windows are in the room. There are two wall cabinets for clothes as well as 32-inch TV and blackout curtain. Bed 90 cm wide. Bathroom/wc: The bathroom has a shaving mirror, hair dryer and washing machine. There is a water heater so sparingly the use of hot water is recommended. Free parking for two vehicles or one vehicle with trailer is available in the courtyard of the property, visible from the property. Note: Not possible to charge an electric car at this parking lot. For charging an electric car, the nearest charging station is about 100 meters away. Additional several options for charging are available within 2-5 minutes by car. No pets allowed due to allergies. All type of smoking is prohibited in the residence as well as adjacent to the residence and the farm. The host lives in another building on the same farm. Guest access Guests have the entire home/building at their disposal during their stay. Other things to note CHARGING OF ELECTRIC VEHICLES: For charging an electric car, the nearest charging station is about 100 meters away. Additional charging options are available within 2-5 minutes by car. SHOPS, RESTAURANTS, ETC.: In the immediate vicinity there are several shops, grocery stores, restaurants, cafés. There is also a nature reserve, about 2 km from the residence. Distance to IKEA and Haparanda/Tornio Travel Center (bus station) about 1 km. With the proximity to Finland, the range of all this increases, from the residence it is about a 1-km walk to the shopping center on the Finnish side with a good range of shops, restaurants and cafés. Directly on the other side of the shopping center "Rajalla-på gränsen" you are in the center of Tornio with additional range of shops and services. SNOW REMOVAL INFORMATION: In connection with precipitation in the form of snow in winter, snow removal can take place, and does take place throughout the city.
