The villa has four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and closet. The first two bedrooms are located on the main level of the villa, with convenient access from the living room or terrace. The other two bedrooms are on the lower level, accessible via an outside staircase from the terrace, offering additional privacy. The proximity of the lagoon, just a 5-minute drive from the villa, allows visitors to enjoy water sports and discover a variety of restaurants. The house is designed to be peaceful and friendly, creating the ideal environment for a memorable stay.
