The space Our charming property features a comfortable main living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a shared bathroom across your room, and a serene private bedroom with a comfortable bed. Amenities: - Self check-in entrance with lockbox key and digital keypad. Please use the lockbox key located at the right side of the door for easy access. - Ring camera at the entrance for added security - High speed Wi-Fi internet - Small Flat-screen TV - Laundry facilities Note: We are a family of three and you might hear our daily routine. Bedroom: - Private bedroom with a comfortable queen- sized bed, a duvet sheets, and cover - Closet space for storing your belongings - Lock on bedroom door - Natural light pouring in through the windows Neighborhood: Our home is located in a quiet, neighborhood in Kent, Washington, just a short drive from Seattle International Airport and Downtown Seattle. You'll love being close to local restaurants, banks, shops, and parks. 8-minute drive to Costco, Covington 1-minute walk to a bus stop that takes you straight to downtown Seattle, Costco, and SeaTac (25 mins. drive) 7-minute drive to Lake Meridian 10-minute walk to shops, LA Fitness. Starbucks, Pizza Hut, UPS, Safeway, Walgreens, Trader Joe’s Getting Around: We're just a short drive from major highways and public transportation, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.
