The space ✤ PRIVATE PARKING Private parking in the internal courtyard at exclusive disposal of the guests. ✤ LIVING ROOM and TV The living room is a welcoming and large space, furnished with taste and care, it is ideal for relaxing while watching TV, chatting or simply relaxing. Large windows fill the room with natural light during the day, creating a warm and inviting environment. The high and majestic ceiling makes you almost feel like you are on a stage. ✤ KITCHEN and DINING AREA The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including an oven, microwave, induction hob and dishwasher, it is also ideal for those who want to have an intimate dinner at home. Spacious and with windows, they are ideal for starting the day or ending it with a regenerating shower. ✤ KIT There are towels of different sizes, blankets, pillows and sheets. ✤ LOCATION The apartment is located in a strategic position in Pavia, outside the ZTL area. Located in a characteristic and well-connected neighborhood, 2 minutes away is the stop for buses 21 and 22 which allow you to reach the station in just 10-15 minutes and bus 1 which takes you to Strada Nuova and the University, Corso Cavour and all the liveliest areas of Pavia. The area offers numerous restaurants, cafés and supermarkets. The Covered Bridge is just a 5 minute walk away, under which the Ticino river flows which in the evening allows for a mild climate even on the hottest days. Alongside the Ticino it is possible to immerse yourself in the green fields for a regenerating walk or bike ride. The area allows you to have tranquility and silence with proximity to all the major tourist attractions, as well as excellent railway connections with Milan. Guest access As soon as you enter the gate, you can park your car in the parking lot with a sign LA DIMORA DEGLI ARTISTI reserved for exclusive use. Then you can take the elevator and go up to the second floor. It is located on the second floor with elevator and is the last of the gallery, which guarantees privacy and absolute quiet. Our assistance is active 7 days a week during the day.
