Beautiful village home close to all attractions

Welcome to our beautiful maison de maitre in the heart of a busy village. Our house is tastefully furnished with all modern amenities to make your stay comfortable. On the ground floor there is a utility room, wc, large kitchen-diner and 2 reception rooms. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and a family bathroom, and on the second floor there are 2 bedrooms, 1 with an en-suite shower room. The house also benefits from electric heating, on street parking and a secure townhouse garden. The space The house is centrally heated and comes complete with all modern appliances including washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer, tv showing both french and english tv There is a secure townhouse garden with dining terrace and on road parking for one or two cars. Guest access This is a detached house in the heart of the village. The whole house is available for sole use Other things to note -There is a cleaning charge, but the house should be left clean, orderly and tidy (as you found it). If not, a deduction for extra time spent cleaning will be made from your deposit. - A separate payment for electricity is required. During summer months this typically ranges from €2-€9 per day for normal usage. As the house has electric central heating the costs increase for winter months from €10-€55 per day depending on usage and outside temperature. The payment is invoiced and collected after your stay via AirBnB app. - this is a two-storey house and the stairs are not suitable for the less mobile. - although the house can accommodate up to 11 people, it works best for 4-10 people and a mix of adults and children due to having one bathroom, one shower room and an additional toilet. - the house is located in the middle of a village community. We respect our neighbours in regards to noise and expect our guests to too. - the fireplaces feature electric stove fires and not real wood burning stoves. - if you have any questions, do ask before booking :)
