Kick back and relax in this calm, comfortable, clean, self-contained ‘The Laurels Lodge’. Private parking & own entrance with small decking, table & chairs for alfresco dining. Patio doors open into Living area & kitchenette, smart TV, WiFi. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, dishwasher, hob, washing machine & all mod cons! Bathroom with shower, one small double bed room & super-king size mattress on sleeping platform accessed by stepladder in the living area. The space The Laurels Lodge is a comfortable, clean, light & airy, self contained space to unwind. Opening the patio doors into a lounge, kitchenette area with a 2 seater sofa, smart TV, WiFi & fire stick. It has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, breakfast bar, microwave, air fryer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, coffee maker, washing machine, kettle, toaster, all cutlery, plates, cups and utensils. Including smoke detectors. Also a hairdryer, iron & ironing board. A small double bed in one room with side table & light and full length mirror. Access via a stepladder up to a sleeping platform with a super king size mattress, 2 x side tables with lights with USB ports. A shelf and smart television. The bathroom contains a large shower, sink & toilet. Dogs are welcome and dog bed/bowls available on request. Please clean up after your pet with poo bags provided. No dogs on furniture or beds - thank you. No extra guests unless discussed. Guest access Guests will access through back gate where there is a key safe with your keys. Parking up the drive with The Lodge in front of you. The Lodge is located on your right as you enter the gate . Go under the arch vine & open the left patio door. Other things to note We are 5 minutes walk to the local shops, public houses & restaurant. There are local tennis courts, children’s playground & near Gordon’s School. If you like walking Brentmoor Heath and the West End recreational ground is on the doorstep. Cobham common & Horsell Common are a short drive. Bus routes to Camberley/Woking/Guilford are on A322 at the end of the road. The closest Railway station is Brookwood or Woking which is a 25 minute journey to London. We have lots of visiting opportunities a short drive away such as Windsor Castle, Hampton Court, Legoland, Thorpe Park, Lapland UK, Ascot Races, Bisley shooting range, Wentworth Golf course, Theatres, cinemas, swimming pools & gyms. We are 5 minutes drive to junction 3 off M3 & then 5 minutes to M25. Easy accessible to London Heathrow & Gatwick airports. We are situated on a private no-through Lane with a fully fenced garden for pets & children. The lodge has a covered gazebo with seating looking onto the garden.
