TV, Wi-Fi, and fireplace provide a good atmosphere. There is also a fire pan and Weber gas grill on the porch. There are 3 bedrooms. A double bed and two single beds, but if desired, 2 extra mattresses can be arranged. The space Our home is warm and "homey", and is only rented out when we have the opportunity to do so.) Here there is a garden with berry bushes, plum trees, lilacs, peonies, cut flowers, and a small vegetable garden. There is a robot mower.) Available trampoline, football, badminton and a little bit of everything. From the garden you go straight up to a larger porch with an overview of the whole. It is also connected to the house, (kitchen/dining room) via a folding door that you can open completely during the summer. Here you will find outdoor furniture, parasol and Weber gas grill. Inside the main floor (1st floor) you will find the entrance, hallway, living room and kitchen. Here there are some green plants (which I water before you arrive), and a fireplace that always adds a good atmosphere. A staircase up to the 2nd floor you will find a bathroom, with a large waterfall shower and 3 bedrooms. 1 double bed, and 2 single beds. But I can, if desired, add an extra mattress in each of the rooms with a single bed, so that there are 6 beds. Washing machine and dryer are one staircase down to the basement. Consumables such as detergent, hand soap and toilet paper are in the house when you arrive, but are bought as they are used up. Due to our own use, the home is rented out without wardrobe space. Except in the hallway where space will be made available in the sliding door wardrobe. Usually there is also a cat living here! Her name is Cleopatra, and if desired, she can also be present during the tenancy. If so, we will agree on this. Other things to note In the nearby area, 10 min walk, there is an arena with a football pitch, paddle tennis court, climbing/bulldozer, athletics track and exercise equipment that is available and free for everyone. There is also an ice rink that can be used on some days. 15 min walk, you will come to the popular Kyvannet, which is a lovely swimming area in the summer. Here also starts the urban area which has many hiking opportunities. Ski trails in winter. Public transport within 3-5 min. Both tram and bus stop. It takes 15 min to get to the city center. There is no electric car charger in the carport, but a regular 230v outlet. There is a drying rack in the hallway on the 2nd floor. There is also an ironing board. The iron is in the drawer in the kitchen cabinet. Linen and towels are included. There is a rental unit in the basement of the house. The laundry room with washing machine and dryer is shared with them. (each with their own entrance) The tenant has a private entrance and a private parking space next to the carport.
