Home sweet home by the sea!

We would be happy to host you in our renovated house with natural materials, located in a peaceful hamlet of old fishermen houses close to the GR34 and a very pleasant beach. Ideal for relaxing and visiting our beautiful Brittany. Entry must be made on July 24, 25 or 26 for a minimum stay of 14 nights. The space Our house consists of an old part (stone, former fisherman's house), which we recently expanded. We have renovated all with healthy and ecological materials (earth, lime, hemp...). It is organized on two levels : on the ground floor, an entrance serves a small living room (TV and library with toilet) and a warm and bright living room adjoins a kitchen giving access to a large garden, and a bathroom (with bathtub). Upstairs, a very spacious bedroom, with, nearby, a baby bedroom, then a small corridor serving another very large bedroom with sea views (double bed + child bed) next to a bathroom (walk-in shower, sink and toilet). The house gives access to a large flowery garden, including a vegetable garden (filled with strawberries and various mini fruits: raspberries, blackcurrant, currant)... At the back, a chicken coop is home to pretty chickens and a rooster... We rely on you, in our absence to pick up good fresh eggs from the chicken coop for a good bowl of beans (which we will provide you with) that our chickens will appreciate. Our tigrou cat, very social and adorable with children, will also be happy to have company and receive your good care. Ideally located 7 minutes from St-Brieuc, between the Côte d 'Emeraude and the Côte de Granit Rose, 45 minutes away, Plérin sur Mer is a seaside commune with a 12 km of coastline belt, open to the Bay of Saint-Brieuc. It has several lovely beaches. Renowned sites make this town a particularly pleasant place where it is good to stay : Pointe du Roselier, Port du Légé, Plage des Rosaires, Saint-Laurent de la Mer, Martin-Plage... In summer, the entertainment is rich and varied in and around the town (concerts, shows, fest noz...) Our house gives access to all amenities (shops in the village of St Laurent : 3 minutes by car, 6 by bike), supermarket and gas station 4 minutes by car. The cottage is non-smoking, pets are not allowed, you do not organize parties. We kindly ask guests to empty their garbage in the appropriate containers upon departure, empty the dishwasher and refrigerator. Welcome to our home! Guest access Wi-Fi internet.
