This spacious and bright vacation rental will seduce you with its large bay windows offering stunning views of a private area with Jacuzzi. The space Welcome to our house in Oncy-sur-École, located in the Gâtinais Regional Park. This house is ideally located to gravitate to the different climbing sites in the surrounding area, hike in the forest, go mountain biking, enjoy the area or simply have a good time with family or friends. The different spaces, with all modern comforts, have been designed to brighten up your stay. Linens and towels are provided, and beds are carefully prepared for optimal comfort. Discover below the different rooms that make up our charming home: Bedrooms: Upstairs, A master bedroom with a double bed, sofa bed and ensuite bathroom. An ideal space for teleworking with a double screen and high-speed fiber Wi-Fi. One bedroom equipped with two single beds that can be combined into a double bed. A bedroom equipped with a double bed. Living Room: A cozy living room, to share good meals with family or friends. A library with a large collection of books is at your disposal. A TV area equipped with a comfortable sofa and armchair, where you can extend the evening. This large room has a fireplace and a wood-burning stove for cool winter evenings. (Consumables at the expense of the guest) Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with a cooking piano, a chopping block and a marble countertop ideal for pastry, offering you everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes. Bathrooms: A main bathroom with shower and toilet upstairs. A second bathroom equipped with a large walk-in shower and toilet, located in the master bedroom. A separate toilet on the ground floor. Yard: A peaceful garden with no one overlooking, equipped with its summer kitchen under a courtyard. Also enjoy, summer and winter, our SPA area with Jacuzzi, where you can relax and spend pleasant moments. A small table and garden furniture will allow you to have an aperitif outside on sunny days. Guest access Close to Paris: Our house is only an hour's drive from Porte d'Orléans, making it an ideal place to stay while enjoying a peaceful setting in the countryside (exit 13 Milly-la-Forêt on the A6). Maisse train station is a 10-min drive away (RER D). Fontainebleau/Avon train station 15 min drive (TER). Parking: Public parking is located a stone's throw from the house. Shops: All amenities are in Milly-la Forêt (5 min by car or 10 min by bike): (Intermarché is a 5-minute walk), Carrefour Market, bakery, pharmacy, cafés, restaurants, gas station...
