Just off the living room you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with all the cookware and supplies you need to make your favorite meals, as well as a fridge, freezer, microwave, oven stovetop, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, and utensils. Bedroom 1 features a queen sized bed, and ensuite bathroom, and a TV. Bedroom 2 features a queen sized bed, and bedroom 3 features bunk beds, both full size. The home is fully stocked with pillows, blankets, and fresh linens for a restful night's sleep. The two bathrooms are equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and body soap, towels, and toilet paper. Both bathrooms are showers only, no bath tubs. A high chair and portable crib are available for those traveling with young children. The covered sun porch is right off the kitchen and is a cozy space full of natural light, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. The sun porch leads to a private backyard complete with a wood-burning firepit (wood can be purchased across the street at the Shell station), and your own private hot tub! Enjoy the starry skies of Southern Utah as you relax in the hot tub and listen to the sounds of the Virgin River running right beyond the back fence. The perfect way to unwind at the end of the day.
