The space The 5-star apartment, located on the 3rd floor and attic of the complex, has a very spacious layout with a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea. A spiral staircase leads to the 2nd floor. There you will find two bedrooms, both equipped with a 1.80 m bed. Furthermore, there is a 2nd bathroom on this level. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. The floors are made of natural stone. In the bedroom, you can enjoy an incomparable view of the Baltic Sea through an oversized panoramic window. In the evening, you can light a few logs in the open fireplace. The 5* residential complex Ostseeresidenz Gorki-Park is located in an exposed location of the Kaiserbad Heringsdorf and is located directly on the beach. The park-like property with the more than 100-year-old trees invites you to relax next to the 350 m² private wellness area.
