A main bedroom with a double bed of 140x190 cm and a comfortable sofa bed for 2 additional people. The accommodation is central, located in Pouancé, at the gates of Anjou and Brittany. The highlight: washing machine, coffee machine with pods included, baby equipment (playpen and high chair). The space The accommodation is on the 2nd and top floor. The entrance opens onto the living area, with an open kitchen and a dedicated dining space. The cozier living corner consists of a sofa with a TV. The bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom, offering a large shower and an anti-fog mirror, as well as a washing machine. The bedroom is spacious, with storage areas for your belongings. There is space for a travel cot for the little ones. The toilet is separate and located in the hallway leading to the bedroom. Guest access The accommodation is right in the city center, benefiting from the street lighting and the security cameras of the neighboring business. Access is through a service door, leading to a corridor serving a business and a dwelling on the first landing. The last landing provides access to the entire dwelling dedicated to your comfort. The keys are handed over in person.
