Cozy mountain cabin getaway in Nederland (Shared)

Imagine staying in this cute cabin nested high in the town of Rollinsville, CO (8,668' elevation). This old 1858 Wild West town will offer fun for every nature & adventure enthusiast. This is a shared cabin since I live on the second floor but you will have access to the entire place with your own private room. Long-term renters preferred. Use of AWD/4x4 vehicles, alternatively snow chains or socks during winter season (Nov-Apr) is highly recommended. **Strict fire ban per city ordinance** The space Welcome to this beautiful 1957 log cabin built in the tungsten belt region, which is also part of what is known as Rollinsville town. It is a cozy 900 sqft true log cabin settled within an acre of forest property. **PLEASE NOTE** Since I am renovating/refurbishing the cabin, the interior may be slightly different than some of the interior's pics so PLEASE, if curious, just ask for the most recent pictures and I will be happy to send them over. Guest access You will have access to the kitchen, living room, office area, shared bathroom (you'll always have preference), as well as the beautiful acre of front and back yard, where we have a fire pit, basketball hoop, and a nice patio to relax. During your stay I am mostly working, and always strive to give you as much space as you need while being on standby if anything is needed. I definitely enjoy conversing and getting to know the people, but you can always let me know how much interaction you would like or expect, also. Other things to note This is an incredible getaway opportunity near one of the main and best ski resorts in the area, Eldora. Stunning hiking and biking trails by Roosevelt National Forest, local breweries, restaurants, and bars for all types of foodie enthusiasts. Come enjoy the magic of the mountains with us!
