The space Your private guest suite is a peaceful, self-contained apartment located in a private wing of our home. It feels like a charming cottage with vaulted ceilings and large windows that fill the space with natural light and offer beautiful views of Silver Lake and Mt. Chocorua. Views, views, views! Guest access Guests have exclusive and private access to the entire guest suite, including the bedroom, bathroom, living area, kitchenette, and private balcony. Shared Spaces: The grounds and backyard are shared with our family. You have direct access to beautiful Silver Lake right from our backyard via Forrest Brook. Kayaks are available for you to use for a peaceful paddle on the water. Free parking is available in a shared lot. The lot is used for our home-based clinic on weekdays but is quiet and easily accessible after 6 p.m. and on weekends. Other things to note Private & Self-Contained: While the suite is attached to our main house, there are no shared interior rooms. You will have your own bedroom, bathroom, and living space. Shared Entry: Guests enter through the same exterior door we use for our small chiropractic office, which leads to a shared mudroom. From there, you will access your suite through its own private, locked entrance. Clinic Hours: The clinic is closed after 6 p.m. and on weekends, ensuring a quiet environment during your evenings. Sleeping Arrangements: The suite has one main bedroom. An additional sleeping nook is located off the kitchenette and is not a fully separate room. Please see the photos for the layout. Feel Free to Relax: Your space is located above the clinic, not our personal living area, so please don't worry about noise. We want you to feel comfortable and at home!
