Homely & Friendly property

Located in a residential area on a little lane which joins onto a main road. The property is very close to the Slipway and the Dar es Salaam yacht club. The supermarket is only about 5 mins away. The rooms are fully air conditioned and fans. There is also hot water. The kitchen is equipped with a kettle, coffee machine, utensils. This is serviced with a maid available from Monday to Saturday to do basic cleaning. Washing can be done on the property - there will be a charge. We do not allow public transport into the property due to security reasons. Taxis, Tuk tuks can wait outside the gate. This is for your own safety. Please respect the privacy and quietness of other guests. We are always here to help with any questions if we can. Most of the guests we have are long term guests. You are welcome.
