The Normandy countryside

Upstairs a separate bedroom and 4 beds in a large room. On the ground floor everything is open with a large living room/kitchen and fireplace, a living room/TV corner, an office/small living room with cathedral ceiling. We regularly telework (fiber). Outside, a terrace with garden furniture, two hammocks, a wooded area with a pond (be careful with young children) and an above-ground pool (7.32 x 3.66 m). The plot is 2700 m2. Two adult mountain bikes are available. The space Our house is in the Normandy countryside, it is an old farmhouse (renovated) from the 18th century. 160 km from Paris by car, 1 hour 40 minutes by train (Montparnasse or Saint-Lazare) and less than an hour from the Normandy beaches. Ideal for forgetting the capital for a weekend or a week, teleworking, or discovering a new region. A car is a must. If you wish, we can order a platter of charcuterie/crudités/cheeses/fruits for your arrival in our delicatessen 11 km away. Close to a small village with very good quality food shops (11 km). You can pick up fresh organic cow's milk and watch the milking about ten km away. If you are more of a traveler, there is goat milking in Cisay Saint Aubin and the sale of related products (26 km). For children in Juignette, a miniature animal breeder. Discover an organic producer of cider, calvados, apple cider, vinegar with tastings (15 km). The wood-burning oven is 15 minutes away, which makes excellent organic sourdough bread in a wood-burning oven and Teurgoule, a quintessential Norman dish. Our market gardener Crystelle and her organic vegetables on Saturday morning (possibility to order in advance). Visit the Château des Rêves in La Ferté Fresnel, and have a drink and/or a snack (11 km). Browse the Bernay market on Saturday morning in the main street (25 km) or the Aigle market on Tuesday morning (18 km). You will enjoy Cédric's restaurant, the Moulin Fouret 22 km away, in a beautiful setting. Not to mention Christian Michel's macaroons and pastries in Broglie (13 km) or farm ice cream at Marité in Juignettes (12 km, Saturday morning).
