In a cozy and contemporary style, this small 2-bedroom Bourg house with terrace and enclosed garden, newly renovated, will perfectly accommodate you for your leisure or professional stays. Whether you're traveling alone, as a couple, with family, friends or colleagues, "La Maison du 37" can accommodate up to 4 people for a weekend, a few days, or weeks. Halfway between Rennes (20 km), and the mythical Forest of Brocéliande (24 km). Train access 8 min walk. The space The house is located in Breteil near Montfort sur Meu. It has 2 levels. The beds and mattresses are new and of good quality. On the ground floor it has a main room with open kitchen, living room and a bathroom with toilet. - The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped (oven, microwave, induction cooktop, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, etc.), 1 large table and 6 chairs. - The living room has a 4K TV, Wi-Fi, a sofa, 2 armchairs and a coffee table - The bathroom with single sink, shower and toilet... Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with skylights and electric shutters. Beds with mattress and pillow protection - sheets/pillows/duvet, wardrobe, bedside tables. - A street-side bedroom with 1 window and 1 skylight. 1 queen size bed (160 x 200). It is actually 2 bed bases and 80 mattresses that can be separated on request to make 2 twin beds - - A courtyard-side bedroom with a skylight with electric roller shutter 1 queen size bed (160 x 200) You will find in this house all the comforts necessary for your needs. (Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, coffee, tea, a little grocery, salt, pepper, iron + table, washing machine, hair dryer, etc.). The beds will be made upon arrival and towels are available in the bathroom. Vaping is allowed in the house but cigarettes will be smoked outdoors. The house sleeps 4 people. It is nevertheless possible, if necessary, to provide you with a folding crib and possibly a mattress on the floor on request. The exterior with Terrace and Garden is completely enclosed with garden furniture, parasol, and deckchair. Guest access The Gîte is independent and adjoins on one side. Access to the house is via a gate on the main street. You'll arrive through the terrace. The house has stairs to access the bedrooms and the terrace, so the accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The space is enclosed. Parking is free and easy and is on the street in front or the school parking lot opposite The house is located - 3 minutes walk from shops: Bakery, tobacco/newspaper stand/ Carrefour Express - Pizzeria "to go" (they are good :)) - 3 km from Montfort sur Meu, a small city of character (shopping streets, restaurants...) - 2.5 km towards Montfort, you will find a shopping area with a Super'U, Lidl, Biocoop, DIY and gardening stores, a sports center: L'Orange Bleue, Darty, Districenter, - 6/8 min walk from the train station (Rennes: 18 min - Montfort: 5 min). Tickets can be purchased online - 6 km from Pleumeuleuc (E leclerc - Foirfouille - Restaurant, a sports center: Basic fit etc...) - We are halfway between the Breton capital (20 km), and the mythical Forest of Brocéliande (24 km). - The sea or ocean are never far away (between 50 minutes and 1 hour 30 minutes depending on the destination). Saint Malo, Cancale, Saint-Suliac (elected the most beautiful village in France) Dinard, Erquy, Vannes, La Baule, the Bay of Mont St Michel, etc. - But also lots of walks in the forest, or on the canals of the region, medieval fortresses, cities of art and history, cities of character... Anyway, you'll have plenty of reasons to stop here... Other things to note - Pets are allowed subject to ensuring that there will be no risk of noise and respect for the accommodation. (1 pet only) - To respect the good neighborliness, parties are not allowed. - Vaping is allowed in the house but cigarettes must be smoked outdoors. - We can provide a single mattress on the floor and a travel cot on request if needed.
