A quiet and safe Hot Springs Village neighborhood for your extended work stay in my home. Home share set up for laundry use. Thirty plus days booking required and be over 21 to book. Homeowner lives on main level. Efficiency suite located in walkout basement. Fully furnished. Private meal prep kitchen and full bath complete set up plus open living area. Private keyed entrance and patio with outside steps. You bring bed (full size) and bath linens as well as paper products. The space Large open living area furnished with all the necessary items for an extended work stay. You provide linens and paper products. Home share because of laundry share. Appliances located in the lower level. A laundry schedule is mandatory. House rules must be agreed to before booking accepted. Guest access Guest has access to all exterior spaces including a separate driveway for off street parking. During your stay As a home share work stay requirement, host/property owner will communicate through face to face contact, phone call, text, or email. Host will provide advanced notice for specific maintenance to guest area or for household mechanics. Emergency repairs excepted. At all times, guest privacy will be respected as long as house rules followed. Other things to note Shared laundry with homeowner. Laundry appliances located in Extended stay suite. Homeowner will have access per an agreed on schedule.
